Job summary

Rise Family in Tucson, AZ is seeking Family Support Specialists to serve Pima county clients. The role is remote with occasional in-office work from our Pima, AZ office, delivering Family Connections and Nurturing Parenting Programs via in-home case management and supportive services aligned with ADCS requirements.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel; flexible hours including some evenings and weekends are expected,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (education/experience aligned with family dynamics)
• Strong verbal and written communication to diverse groups
• Ability to relate to families of varied backgrounds and cultures
• Knowledge of child safety, development, and family services
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term coordination of services and resources to families based on needs identified
• Meet with families per contract requirements (weekly/monthly) to address issues using evidence-based resources
• Collaborate with Team Lead to support families toward positive outcomes
• Ensure contract timelines with progress notes and tasks are completed
• Be flexible to meet client schedules, including evenings/weekends; travel within county/metro area
