Rise Services Inc. is seeking Family Support Specialists to deliver the Family Connections and Nurturing Parenting Programs, provide in-home case management, and coordinate services for families in Maricopa County. The position supports ADCS-related needs with flexible hours and travel as required.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience with diverse family dynamics, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings or weekends. Medical benefits and a 403(b) plan are included.

Competenze

• Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s level degree with related work experience.
• Ability to travel throughout the county/metro area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work evenings/weekends.
• Background checks and fingerprint clearance required.

Mansioni

• Provide short-term coordination of services and resources to all assigned families based on needs and stressors; enhance protective factors.
• Meet with families weekly or monthly to address and resolve issues using evidence-based curriculum and community resources.
• Ensure contract timelines are met including weekly progress notes and other tasks.
• Be flexible to meet families' needs, including evenings and weekends; extensive travel within the county.
