Job summary

Undivided is seeking part-time Navigators to support parents raising children with disabilities. You will work remotely with flexible hours to map out supports, including insurance, public benefits, and school resources, empowering families with information and resources.

You will build trust with clients, help identify priorities, and develop personalized action plans while coordinating care and resources through our app and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's level training is a plus.
• Experience navigating disability services systems preferred.
• Experience serving families of children with disabilities is a plus.
