SmartRecruiters, Inc. is hiring a Service Navigator in California to guide individuals with developmental disabilities and families through the Self Determination policy. You will lead person-centered planning, craft plans, oversee budgeting, and advocate with Regional Centers, while assisting clients in finding tailored supports and services.

The role emphasizes collaboration, empathy, and a strong commitment to the disability community, with a focus on confidentiality and client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Experience with the Developmental Disability Community (professional experience preferred).
• Experience managing multiple customer relationships at once.
• History of time management and delivering high-quality work under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers and co-workers.
• Passion and excitement for NeuroNav’s mission.
• Patient, non-judgmental, and genuine.
• Track record of working well with diverse, multi-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide individuals with developmental disabilities and families through the California Self Determination policy.
• Lead person-centered planning, develop plans, guide budgeting, and advocate with Regional Centers.
• Assist customers in finding tailored supports, community supports, activities, and direct support staff.
