Job summary

NeuroNav, a startup focused on improving lives of people with developmental disabilities, seeks a Service Navigator in California to guide individuals and families through Self Determination, designing person-centered plans and budgeting.

You will advocate with Regional Centers, connect clients to supports, and work remotely with a compassionate, patient team dedicated to inclusion and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience with the Developmental Disability Community (professional experience preferred).
• Experience managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
• Strong time management and ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
• Collaborative with customers and co-workers.
• Passion for NeuroNav’s mission.
• Patient, non-judgmental, and genuine.
• Track record of working with diverse, multi-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace to protect confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Guide individuals with developmental disabilities and families through California's Self Determination process.
• Lead person-centered planning, budgeting, and advocate with Regional Centers.
• Help customers locate tailored supports, community resources, and direct support staff.
• Collaborate with clients and providers to ensure goals are met.
