Park Nicollet Clinics is seeking Advanced Practice Clinicians to join our Family Medicine Virtualist team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality primary care via virtual visits while maintaining in-basket management responsibilities.

Qualified candidates will hold board certification in Family Medicine and have 5+ years of outpatient experience, and must reside in Minnesota. This is a remote/outpatient posting with flexible hours aligned to operating times.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Family Medicine is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of full-scope outpatient Family Medicine experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide virtual primary care during operating hours (70%).
• Manage department in-basket tasks (30%).
