Zusammenfassung

One Medical is seeking a Board-C Certified Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Virtual Medical Team on a full-time basis. You will deliver evidence-based care to patients via telehealth, participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, and collaborate with both virtual and in-office teammates to provide exceptional virtual care.

Requirements include an accredited FNP program with national certification, 2+ years in outpatient primary care or urgent care, and active licenses in DC/MD/VA/FL with ability

Qualifikationen

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine.
• Currently licensed in DC, MD, VA, or FL with ability to obtain additional state licenses; FL Autonomous status; VA autonomous practice.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday).
• Current shifts range from 6 am - 5 pm ET, 11 am - 10 pm ET, 1 pm - 12 am ET.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

• Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually
