Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing phone role (US healthcare preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English with warm phone presence for US callers.
• Experience using a CRM or ticketing system.
• Available to work US Eastern hours (overnight Philippines time).

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls during US Eastern business hours and return voicemails promptly.
• Provide information about services, locations, and expectations to families.
• Guide families with empathy and clear next steps.
