Job summary

The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to Maryland Autism Waiver standards. Full-time position with pay rate $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, or behavioral health populations.
• Knowledge of Maryland Autism Waiver Program and person centered planning preferred.
• Experience supervising Direct Support Professionals preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide family consultation services, educate caregivers and maintain regular communication.
• Coordinate services, monitor authorizations, complete assessments and referrals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and review progress.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals through field observations and coaching.
• Deliver orientation and ongoing training on documentation, HIPAA, safety, and community integration.
• Audit documentation, monitor outcomes, ensure Autism Waiver compliance and support audits.
• Complete treatment plans, assessments, supervision notes, and progress documents on time.
