Job summary

Els for Autism Foundation is seeking a part-time Intake Coordinator to serve as the central point for program inquiries, referrals, and enrollment. The role is remote within Florida and supports a centralized intake process to help autistic individuals, families, and partners access information and services.

You will document intake information, support enrollment, maintain records, and coordinate with program teams to ensure timely access and a consistent intake experience.

Qualifications

• At least two years in nonprofit/healthcare intake coordination or related roles.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with professional speaking and writing ability.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for multiple inquiries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse support needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMRs/CRM systems.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main intake contact for Els for Autism programs.
• Gather required intake information and guide requests from first contact to handoff.
• Document intake activities and track next steps, following up promptly.
• Coordinate with program teams for clear information sharing and expectations.
• Protect confidential information and ensure privacy compliance.
• Complete other duties supporting organizational operations.
