Axis for Autism is seeking a Sales & Parent Alliance Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for Sales and the Parent Alliance program. The role helps maintain communications with patients, families, and the community while coordinating referrals and events.

The position requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with a willingness to engage in social media tasks and community outreach as part of a collaborative team.

• Proficiency with basic computer operations and software tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and operational support to Sales and the Parent Alliance program.
• Coordinate referrals, scheduling, and patient inquiries related to direct marketing efforts.
• Attend community events as needed (may require weekend availability).
• Maintain APA families database and communicate event notifications.
• Create social media posts and respond to inquiries across platforms.
• Support DCS referrals and coordinate with case managers as assigned.
