The role emphasizes FACS ARM software and security-conscious operations in a fully remote environment. The candidate should have 3–5 years in related roles, strong analytical skills, and experience with FACS components; certifications are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in application support or systems analysis.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certs are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with the FACS platform: Enable, Report Writer, Event Tactics, Logic Blocks.
• Knowledge of security principles and data protection best practices.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GIAC, CEH, CISSP, or CISM preferred.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, FCCPA/FCCCPA, and FCRA regulations preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-service mindset and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support for internal users and clients.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications and data workflows.
• Analyze system performance and implement corrective solutions.
• Document processes, procedures, and system changes.
• Coordinate client data file processing and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of information systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
• Monitor access points and report security risks or compliance concerns.
• Assist with client onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners.
• Manage competing priorities and ensure timely completion.
• Provide training and support to new team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
