Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support Franchise Fund Support Services (FFSS) Fee Basis Claims Archive (FBCA) and E-Learning applications, working remotely. You will drive process improvements, analyze current state, and collaborate across customer and IT teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with Agile/SAFe, and the ability to mentor junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience; 8 years may be substituted for education.
• Engineering or related technical discipline required.
• Advanced certifications such as CBAP, PMP, Six Sigma, CSM, SAFe SCRUM MASTER preferred.
• Proven track record leading and delivering complex projects.
• Experience in multiple industries is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise on process improvements and performance measures.
• Defines processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics.
• Analyzes current state, gap analysis, benchmarking and best practices.
• Plans and implements future state design, change management and transition planning.
• Interfaces with customer, IT services and client teams.
• Applies Agile and SAFe methodologies to align strategy and delivery.
• Delivers training and presentations on measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
