Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Information Systems, MIS, IT Management or related field.
15 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience with enterprise applications and IT platforms operations & maintenance.
Cloud-connected and hybrid environments experience.
Federal cybersecurity and privacy compliance programs experience.
ATO sustainment, POA&M development and management.
NIST and FedRAMP security requirements knowledge.
Technical writing and regulatory documentation development.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for the program's application portfolio.
Guide SDLC and Agile development and sustainment efforts.
Oversee O&M activities across development, testing, and production.
Monitor application performance, reliability, and efficiency.
Coordinate cross-functional activities with engineering, data management, and government stakeholders.
Manage documentation and release management activities.
