Job summary

Pediatric Home Service is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to manage facility credentialing, enrollment, and ongoing regulatory compliance across multiple locations. You will collect documentation, track licenses and enrollments with CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate credentialing for all entities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 1 year of healthcare credentialing, facility credentialing, payer enrollment, or compliance experience.
• Experience credentialing for facilities/locations across multiple sites preferred.
• Familiarity with CMS, state Medicaid, licensing agencies, and payer requirements.
• Ability to track multiple applications, renewals, licenses, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal teams and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility/entity credentialing, enrollment, recredentialing, and revalidation with payers and regulatory bodies.
• Collect and maintain facility documentation: licenses, certifications, permits, inspections, NPIs, TINs.
• Submit enrollment applications for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers accurately and timely.
• Manage credentialing activities for new entities, new locations, ownership changes, and demographic updates.
• Track licenses, certifications, enrollments, and revalidations to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Serve as main point of contact for internal stakeholders on credentialing status and required items.
• Maintain data in credentialing software, payer portals, files, and tracking systems.
• Communicate with CMS, Medicaid agencies, and licensing/regulatory bodies to resolve deficiencies.
• Support audits, inquiries, site inspections, and information requests with accurate documentation.
• Partner with Real Estate, Compliance, Clinical Ops, and Revenue Cycle for new openings or changes.
