Job summary

Provisional Recruiting + Staffing is seeking a Medical Credentialing Specialist to manage credentialing, recredentialing, and payer enrollment for providers across multiple client organizations. You will ensure active participation with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced navigating complex credentialing requirements for multiple providers and specialties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of medical credentialing, provider enrollment, or healthcare administration experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer enrollment processes, and CAQH maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage initial credentialing, recredentialing, and payer enrollment applications for providers.
• Coordinate enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
• Prepare, submit, and track credentialing applications through completion.
• Maintain provider records in credentialing databases and systems.
