Job summary

Christ Community Health seeks a Credentialing Specialist to ensure licenses, certifications, and privileges are current for all clinical staff, aligning with CMS and HRSA requirements. This remote role focuses on maintaining compliant credentialing processes across the organization.

You will manage renewals, coordinate with the insurance credentialing team, and develop tools to track qualifications, supporting patient safety and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CMS and state board regulations.
• Experience in credentialing, privileging, enrollment, or accreditation processes.
• Proficiency with credentialing software platforms (e.g., CredentialStream).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards including HRSA requirements for FQHCs.
• Monitor staff credentials and privileges to ensure continuous compliance.
• Develop and maintain tools to support credentialing workflows and renewals.
• Support insurance credentialing processes and coordination with the insurance team.
• Assist with Risk Management projects as needed.
