Job summary

Foodsmart, a leading tele-nutrition and foodcare platform, seeks a Credentialing and Enrollment Coordinator to verify provider qualifications and enroll groups and providers with government and commercial payers. You will coordinate with the Credentialing and Enrollment Team to ensure timely, accurate credentialing and enrollment, enabling providers to see patients and bill services.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare enrollment processes, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Medicare/Medicaid enrollment experience.
• Familiarity with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES and state enrollment portals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and maintain provider credentials, including education and licensure.
• Conduct PSV of licenses, certifications, and education through official sources.
• Support compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies.
• Maintain provider profiles in CAQH via Group Profile.
• Track credential expiration dates and initiate renewals.
