Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician who will manage retail and corporate properties in the Memphis/Jackson Tennessee area.

The role is remote in title, but you must reside locally and will cover Huntington Bank facilities; a company vehicle is provided. You will be on call, overtime may be required, and you will self-perform 40-60% of maintenance work, with duties spanning HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years facilities management experience with preventative maintenance.
• Experience budgeting for facility repairs and vendor reviews.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, budgeting and all aspects of maintenance, construction, relocation, and remodeling.
• Self-perform 40-60% of non-contracted services.
• Operate facilities management work order system and visit properties quarterly.
• Coordinate with vendors, monitor pricing and vendor performance.
• Assist in preparing annual site assessments and training sessions.
