Job summary

0101 The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, upgrades, and remodeling across its properties in the Memphis/Jackson, Tennessee area. You will plan budgets, coordinate vendors, and lead maintenance projects while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to drive a company-provided vehicle.
• 3+ years in Facilities Management including basic preventative maintenance and coordinating with vendors.
• Experience with budgeting for facility repairs and vendor proposal reviews.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects, budgets, and maintenance across multiple facilities.
• Self-perform 40-60% of non-contracted services.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance with vendors.
• Visit assigned properties quarterly and conduct annual site assessments.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, safety and regulatory requirements.
