Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Facilities Technician I to manage retail and corporate bank properties across Milwaukee and surrounding counties. The role is remote-friendly, with a company vehicle provided and on-call/overtime as needed.

You will self-perform 40–60% of maintenance tasks, plan projects, manage budgets, supervise vendors, and ensure safety and compliance. Travel quarterly to assigned sites; CMMS and basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work are involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and HVAC knowledge are essential.
• Experience in facilities maintenance and vendor coordination is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and facilities software is expected.
• Ability to manage budgets and documentation for projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget and manage maintenance, construction, relocation, and remodeling projects.
• Self-perform 40–60% of non-contracted maintenance tasks.
• Visit each assigned property quarterly and document site conditions.
• Operate the work order management system and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and safety regulations.
