Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License; Huntington will provide a company vehicle for work purposes.
• 3+ years Facilities Management experience; budget oversight.
• Experience with budgeting for facility repairs & vendor reviews.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word & Excel; experience with facilities software.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance, construction, relocation, and remodeling projects.
• Self-perform 40-60% of non-contracted services.
• Operate the Facilities Management work order system.
• Visit each assigned property quarterly; complete site assessments.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and verify performance & pricing.
• Provide support to Facilities leadership and internal customers.
