Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Facilities Technician I to manage retail and corporate bank properties across multiple counties. The role is remote with in-area coverage, and a company vehicle is provided. Responsibilities include maintenance planning, vendor coordination, and on-call overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in facilities management, HVAC knowledge, and strong budgeting and communication skills. Proficiency with FM software and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years Facilities Management experience including basic preventative maintenance and coordinating with vendors.
• Proficient with MS Outlook/Word/Excel and FM software.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects, budgets, and all maintenance activities for multiple properties.
• Self-perform 40-60% of non-contracted services.
• Manage work orders and coordinate with vendors/contractors.
