Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Facilities Technician to manage retail and corporate bank properties in the Memphis/Jackson Tennessee area. The role is remote in name but requires you to be based in the region and travel to sites; you will be issued a company vehicle and cover on-site maintenance.

You will plan and budget maintenance, coordinate with vendors, perform basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical and lighting tasks, and ensure safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with basic preventative maintenance across multiple facilities.
• Budgeting experience for facility repairs and vendor reviews.
• Strong communication with internal customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget and manage maintenance, relocation, and remodeling.
• Supply basic tools; operate work order system; perform HVAC/plumbing/electrical tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and ensure safety/compliance.
• Inspect sites quarterly and provide documentation in work order software.
