Job summary

Huntington Bank seeks a Facilities Technician I to manage retail and corporate properties, primarily remote with coverage in Milwaukee and Northern Illinois. The role is on-call with mandatory overtime based on business needs, and you will self-perform 40-60% of non-contracted services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC, maintenance, and basic repair skills preferred.
• Experience with budgeting and vendor proposal reviews.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage maintenance, construction, relocation and remodeling projects.
• Self-perform 40-60% of non-contracted services.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors and review pricing.
• Operate facilities management work order system.
• Visit each assigned property quarterly and perform site assessments.
• Communicate with internal customers and participate in staff meetings.
• Maintain training and ensure compliance with bank policies.
