Cognizant’s Facets Product & Benefits Consultant role is remote within the United States. You will design, configure, test, and implement healthcare product configurations on the Facets platform, collaborating with business analysts, claims teams, product owners, operations leaders, QA, and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant benefit solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of healthcare payer experience, including 4+ years in Facets configuration.
• Strong expertise in Facets configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of benefit design: copays, deductibles, networks, and accumulators.

Responsibilities

• Analyze benefit requirements, product documentation, regulatory mandates, and business needs to design Facets configurations.
• Configure, validate, and maintain Facets components supporting benefit administration and claims adjudication.
• Assess impacts across membership, provider networks, pricing, accumulators, and downstream integrations.
• Develop configuration documentation, mapping artifacts, decision logs, and implementation materials.
• Create and execute testing scenarios to validate benefit logic (deductibles, copays, coinsurance, out-of-pocket max).
• Troubleshoot defects, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches, benefit changes, releases, and production implementations.
