Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Facets Configuration Manager to lead configuration delivery across large-scale healthcare payer transformation programs. Remote role in the United States, with collaboration across business, configuration, testing, and implementation partners to ensure high-quality solutions.

You will develop project plans, manage milestones and release schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide executive status reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of project, program, or delivery management experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale implementation, migration, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration workstreams across large-scale Facets implementation, migration, and transformation programs.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, release schedules, and delivery roadmaps to ensure successful program execution.
• Coordinate activities across configuration, business analysis, testing, migration, and deployment teams.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation activities while driving timely resolution.
• Partner with business, operations, technology, and client stakeholders to align project objectives and delivery outcomes.
• Oversee release planning, implementation readiness, and production deployment activities.
• Deliver executive-level status reporting, governance updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
