Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Facets Configuration Manager to lead configuration delivery for healthcare payer transformation initiatives. This remote US role collaborates with business stakeholders, configuration and testing teams, and implementation partners to ensure high-quality solutions.

You will manage end-to-end workstreams, schedules, and deployments while guiding cross-functional teams and delivering executive updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of project, program, or delivery management experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale implementation, migration, or transformation initiatives.
• Proven cross-functional team leadership across business and technology.
• Strong project planning, governance, RAID, and executive reporting experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex programs with multiple dependencies.
• Experience managing offshore and onsite delivery teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration workstreams across large Facets implementation and migration programs.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, release schedules, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate activities across configuration, business analysis, testing, migration, and deployment.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation with timely resolutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to align objectives and delivery outcomes.
• Oversee release planning, readiness, and production deployment activities.
• Deliver executive status reporting and governance updates.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to drive accountability and improvement.
