Cognizant is seeking a Facets Product & Benefits Consultant for a remote U.S. role.

You will design, configure, test, and implement healthcare benefit configurations within the Facets platform, collaborating with analysts, product owners, and operations teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions. Ideal candidates have extensive Facets configuration experience and a deep understanding of benefit design, pricing, and network variations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of healthcare payer experience with Facets configuration.
• Strong knowledge of benefit design, copays, deductibles and network variations.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable configurations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze benefit requirements and regulatory mandates to design Facets configurations.

• Configure, validate and maintain Facets product and benefits components.

• Assess impacts across membership, pricing, accumulators, and downstream integrations.

• Develop configuration documentation and testing materials.

• Create and execute testing scenarios for deductibles, copays, coinsurance and out-of-pocket maximums.

• Troubleshoot defects and partner with cross-functional teams for launches.
