Job summary

GM Financial is seeking an experienced Protection Sales professional to strengthen dealer relationships and drive F&I product contracts across the United States. This field-based role requires travel up to 90% and offers remote work with frequent dealership visits.

You will train dealers on GM Protection products, lead interviews, and collaborate with internal partners to ensure compliant sales processes. Bachelor’s degree and prior F&I success are preferred.

Qualifications

• In-dealership F&I experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of quality sales performance and client satisfaction.
• Ability to train and coach dealers on protection products and processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% and operate a vehicle for dealership visits.
• Strong communication with internal partners and dealer personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored F&I training for dealers with field reps on products and processes.
• Support new dealership launches and F&I manager training.
• Maintain effective communication with dealers and internal partners.
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently and with teams.
• Travel extensively to dealership training assignments across the U.S.
