Job summary

National Credit Center (NCC) is seeking an Account Executive in the Detroit area to drive revenue within existing dealerships and identify new opportunities. You will leverage automotive F&I expertise to connect software value to dealership performance and close deals.

In this consultative, high-activity role, you will own product demos, expand relationships with GMs and sales leaders, and partner with Marketing to build a strong pipeline across NCC and ProMax solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on automotive dealership F&I experience required.
• 2+ years of B2B outbound / cold-calling sales.
• Proven success selling software or SaaS (automotive experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue across NCC solutions.
• Drive upsell and expansion opportunities within existing dealership accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with GMs, F&I Managers, and Sales Leaders.
• Lead compelling product demos that tie NCC solutions to profitability.
• Partner with Marketing to generate a pipeline through targeted campaigns.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience to support retention and growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Represent NCC at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM.
