Job summary

Solventum in the US is seeking an External Reporting Analyst to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of external financial reporting and regulatory filings, including Form 10-Q and Form 10-K, across the company’s healthcare business.

You will partner with Finance, Investor Relations, Legal, Tax, and Treasury to support earnings releases, investor materials, and communications, while driving process improvements and assisting audit reviews from a remote US location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and five years of Finance/Accounting experience.
• CPA is a plus and SEC reporting familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and coordination of Form 10-Q, Form 10-K and other filings.
• Prepare disclosures and ensure internal controls over financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors during reviews and audits.
• Manage reporting systems and tools for efficient external reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, IR, Legal, Tax, and Treasury on external communications.
• Drive continuous improvements to reporting processes and controls.
• Support goodwill impairment analyses and other complex accounting projects.
