Job summary

Solventum seeks an External Reporting Analyst to support quarterly and annual SEC filings from a remote US location. You will help prepare Form 10-Q/10-K, maintain disclosures, and assist auditors while upholding internal controls over financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Direct experience with SEC reporting and GAAP disclosures.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, review, and coordination of Form 10-Q and Form 10-K filings.
• Ensure disclosures and supporting docs meet regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors on filings and issues.
• Govern and optimize reporting systems for accuracy and controls.
• Partner with Finance, IR, Legal, Tax, and Treasury on external communications.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
• Support goodwill impairment analyses and technical accounting work.
