Job summary

Empower LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting, to support external and regulatory reporting and provide rigorous financial analysis. You will investigate variances, prepare statements and disclosures for the consolidated company and subsidiaries, and ensure compliance with U.S.

GAAP, IFRS, and statutory principles. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in accounting or regulatory reporting, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to partner across finance, tax, legal, and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of accounting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, or related experience.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; familiarity with IFRS and Statutory Accounting Principles.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial results, trends, and variances; research drivers and communicate findings.
Prepare annual and interim financial statements, disclosures, and schedules for the consolidated company and subsidiaries.
Support regulatory reporting, audits, and SOX/compliance activities.
