Job summary

James Hardie is seeking a Regional Account Manager to own downstream demand for exterior products within an assigned region. You will defend business, expand premium product adoption, and drive market share by partnering with dealers, builders and contractors.

You will develop district plans, manage accounts, forecast performance and translate customer feedback into actionable improvements, while collaborating with Channel Managers and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience in building products or related industry.
• 1+ years of experience with a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc).
• Ability to travel outside of local market up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Account Management/Business Development for exteriors products.
• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and increase share of wallet.
• Defend business by maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
• Serve as the key partner for dealers, distributors, builders, architects and contractors.
• Develop district plans and grow targets for key accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts and translate feedback into recommendations.
