Job summary

James Hardie in Boston is seeking a Regional Account Manager for Exteriors to own downstream demand, defend business, and grow market share across dealer/distributor networks, builders, architects, and contractors, while expanding premium product adoption and territory reach in the Boston Metro.

You will develop district account plans, conduct regular business reviews, translate customer feedback into product and process improvements, manage pipeline in CRM, and partner with Channel Manager to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
3+ years of progressive sales experience with strong organization and discipline.
1+ years of experience with a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Ability to travel outside of local market up to 50% of the time.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to expand product adoption, increase share of wallet, and introduce new solutions.
Defend business by maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
Serve as the key partner for dealers/distributors and market stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
Develop district account plans and conduct regular business reviews with key accounts.
Translate customer feedback into internal recommendations for product, pricing, service or process improvements.
Maintain account profiles, activity logs, and pipeline in CRM; forecast performance and prioritize actions.
