Job summary

James Hardie Building Products Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a Regional Account Manager to own downstream demand for exterior products within an assigned territory.

You will manage key accounts, defend and grow share of wallet, and drive premium product adoption. You’ll partner with Channel Managers and field teams to convert demand into sustained growth, build territory plans, forecast performance, and translate feedback into improvements while maintaining CRM data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• 1+ years of experience with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Ability to travel outside of local market up to 50% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts and drive satisfaction.
• Expand product adoption and share of wallet with contractors and dealers.
• Develop and execute structured territory plans and growth targets.
• Conduct regular business reviews and translate feedback into improvements.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast account performance.
