Job summary

James Hardie Building Products Inc. in Denver seeks a Regional Account Manager, Repair and Remodel for Exterior Products.

You will own downstream demand, defend business, and partner with dealers, builders, and contractors to drive market share and premium product adoption. Responsibilities include account planning, regular reviews, translating feedback into improvements, maintaining CRM data, and coordinating with Channel Managers to generate demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience in building products/ construction a industry preferred.
• 1+ years of experience working with a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Ability to travel outside of local market up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Account Management/Business Development: expand product adoption and grow share of wallet.
• Defend business by maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
• Serve as the key partner for dealers/distributors, builders, architects, contractors.
• Develop structured account plans and execute growth targets for each key account.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess goals and needs.
• Translate customer feedback into internal recommendations for product, pricing, and service improvements.
