Job summary

Apollopros is seeking an Export/Import Compliance Analyst for remote work, EST preference, on a contract basis. The role focuses on preparing, submitting, and administering export/import authorizations and coordinating activities in line with US regulations.

The analyst will support the Global Trade team with document reviews, file management of investigations, and timely handling of non-compliance disclosures. Strong attention to detail and proactive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITAR, EAR or U.S. import/export regulations.
• Experience managing legal tasks, deadlines, and records.
• Project management related to audits, investigations and disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and administer export/import authorizations.
• Coordinate exports/imports per client policy and US export laws.
• Support Global Trade team in document reviews to ensure compliance.
• Assist with file management of investigations, records and disclosures; perform other duties as assigned.
