Job summary

Donatech Corporation is seeking a qualified candidate to support the Global Trade team in export/import compliance. The role involves reviewing documents for regulatory adherence, managing investigation files, and tracking non-compliance matters in alignment with policy and laws.

Candidate should possess US citizenship, be willing to work as a Donatech W2 employee, and have knowledge of ITAR/EAR and related regulations with strong attention to detail and organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the ES Global Trade team in documenting reviews for compliance with US export/import regulations.
• Assist in file management of investigation matters, including records and tracking for non-compliance and disclosures.
• Perform duties as assigned by the GT director.
• Create and manage tracking tools for audits, assessments, and investigations.
• Coordinate export/import activities in accordance with client policy and laws.

Job description

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.

US Citizenship Required.

Prepares, submits and administers required export/import authorizations. Coordinates exports and imports in accordance with client policy and U.S. Government export regulations and laws.

• Support the ES Global Trade (GT) team in conducting document reviews to determine compliance with USG export and import regulations.
• Support the GT team in the file management of all investigation matters, including record keeping and tracking for matters of non-compliance, ad hoc compliance requests and disclosures;
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the GT director.

• Knowledge of the Department of State International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or U.S. customs regulations.
