Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc. is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst III to support import/export operations and ensure compliance with EAR, ITAR, and FTR regulations for global shipments.

The role will coordinate licensing, end-user verifications, and documentation across the organization while working closely with Corporate Trade Compliance. This is a remote opportunity with a focus on international compliance.

Qualifications

• Customs Broker license or Export Compliance Certification with renewal requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or 7+ years of export experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of EAR, FTR, and ITAR compliance.
• Review and write export procedures.
• Coordinate export licensing and end-user certifications.
• Manage Customer Document Vetting portal.
• Manage End User Certification process with US Benchmark customers.
• Manage export licensing log process.
• Classify documents (ECCN/USML).
• Share updated parts database with brokers.
• Coordinate daily export activity.
• Assist on ruling requests and CCATs.
• Provide training on export matters.
