Job summary

ProSync Technology Group is seeking an Export Compliance Specialist to support export control processes, ITAR and EAR compliance, and licensing activities for defense-related technology. The role requires collaboration with program managers, engineers, security personnel, and government stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in export compliance, an active IAT/IAM Level II certification, and a Secret clearance with SAR eligibility. ProSync offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience supporting export compliance, international programs, foreign disclosure, technology transfer, regulatory compliance, or related activities.
• Working knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and U.S. export control regulations.
• Experience reviewing technical, contractual, or program documentation for export compliance considerations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review proposed exports, foreign disclosures, technical exchanges, and international engagements for compliance with export control regulations.
• Support submission, tracking, and management of export license applications and related requests.
• Evaluate technical data and program documentation for licensing requirements.
• Provide guidance on ITAR, EAR, and related compliance requirements.
• Conduct compliance reviews of activities involving foreign persons and controlled technologies.
• Maintain records supporting export authorization requests and compliance activities.
• Support audits, inspections, and assessments related to export control compliance.
• Coordinate with security, legal, contracting, and program management to ensure regulatory requirements are integrated.
