Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of specialized recruiting experience in expert networks, litigation support, or legal staffing.
• Proven track record sourcing non-traditional, highly technical roles (e.g., engineers, scientists).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow Dane Street's network of expert witnesses.
• Onboard new experts with documentation (CVs, certifications, fee schedules, W9s, background checks).
• Negotiate expert witness agreements and renewals with clients.
• Provide updates on OSRs and ensure timely resolutions.
• Stay current on industry trends and evidentiary standards.
