Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of specialized recruiting experience in expert networks or litigation support, with strong research, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of specialized recruiting experience in expert networks, litigation support, or legal staffing.
• Proven track record sourcing non-traditional, highly technical roles (e.g., engineers, financial analysts, scientists).

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and deadlines to negotiate expert witness terms.
• Proactively research and source niche specialists to meet evolving needs.
• Onboard new experts and collect required documentation (CVs, certifications, fee schedules, W9s, background checks).
• Maintain existing expert records, including fee schedules and profiles.
• Coordinate with Operations to finalize specialized fee structures.
• Lead complex negotiations and renewals for high-priority experts.
• Handle urgent client requests involving rare specialties or discovery deadlines.
• Assist experts with onboarding, portal training, or case inquiries.
• Fulfill high-priority OSRs by locating and qualifying specialists and providing progress updates.
• Collaborate with Operations to align network with pipeline demand.
• Support cross-functional staffing projects and stay current on industry trends.
