Dane Street is seeking an Expert Witness Recruiter to grow and manage our network of specialized experts, from physicians to engineers and forensics professionals. You will source, onboard, and negotiate with top-tier talent to meet client litigation needs and tight OSR timelines.

Remote-friendly role with occasional travel; you will leverage research, industry connections, and ATS/CRM tools to maintain records, screening credentials and ensuring compliance with Daubert/Frye standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of specialized recruiting experience.
• Proven success sourcing non-traditional, technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate expert witness agreements and terms with clients.
• Source niche specialists across engineering, financial, forensics fields.
• Onboard new experts and collect CVs, certifications, and background checks.
• Maintain and update expert records, including fee schedules.
• Coordinate with Operations to finalize fee structures.
• Fulfill high-priority OSRs and provide progress updates.
• Stay current on legal standards and industry trends.
