Dane Street, LLC is seeking an Expert Witness Recruiter to maintain, expand, and strategically source a network of physicians, engineers, economists, and other specialists for legal and insurance matters. The role emphasizes high-caliber onboarding, fee negotiations within guidelines, and timely resolution of OSRs.

You will leverage research skills, industry connections, and strong communication to fill niche talent gaps, coordinate with operations, and support pending cases.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of specialized recruiting experience, preferably in expert networks or litigation support.
• Experience sourcing engineers, scientists, or other niche experts.
• Ability to negotiate complex contracts and fee structures.
• Familiarity with Daubert/Frye standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow the expert witness network to meet client case needs.
• Onboard new experts and collect required documentation.
• Lead contract negotiations and renewals for high-priority experts.
• Coordinate with operations to align with pipeline demand.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
