Dane Street, LLC is seeking an Expert Witness Recruiter to grow and manage a specialized expert network for legal and insurance operations.

Your role focuses on sourcing high-caliber experts across engineering, economics, science, and related fields, onboarding them with complete documentation, and negotiating terms within established guidelines. This position is primarily remote with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of specialized recruiting experience, ideally within an expert network firm, litigation support agency, insurance defense firm, or legal staffing environment.
• Proven track record sourcing non-traditional, highly technical roles (e.g., engineers, financial analysts, scientists).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, expand, and strategically source Dane Street’s network of expert witnesses.
• Negotiate retention fees within guidelines and onboard new experts with required documentation.
• Close OSRs by locating and qualifying specialized professionals and providing progress updates.
• Coordinate with the Director of Operations to finalize specialized fee structures.”
• Stay current on industry trends and legal/insurance operations.
