You will partner with executive leaders to identify, assess, engage, and hire senior talent, focusing on Director+ and executive-level roles across technical and business functions.

This is a highly hands-on, global role with an emphasis on stakeholder management and process excellence.

• Own and deliver global executive and senior leadership searches across technical and business functions.
• Partner with executive leaders to shape role scopes, search strategies, and compensation discussions.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor, offering market insights and challenging assumptions.
• Build talent maps and pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, and external search firms.
• Develop search documentation, market maps, candidate profiles, and pipeline reporting.
• Evolve executive recruiting practices and assessment frameworks for the organization.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience while maintaining rigor in complex processes.
• Develop networks with senior leaders globally for ongoing market intelligence and referrals.
• Collaborate across a globally distributed organization to balance urgency with thoughtful decision-making.
