Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex, multi‑source executive searches within fast‑paced technology organizations.
• Track record of hiring Director, VP, and/or C-level talent across functions.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders as an influential advisor, shaping scopes and compensation discussions.
• Ownership mentality with bias toward execution and high-quality searches.
• Excellent written communication and ability to distill complex searches into executive updates.
• Experience developing executive recruiting processes and frameworks used across an organization.
• Experience delivering searches across multiple international markets, including North America and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver global executive and senior leadership searches across technical and business functions.
• Partner with executive leaders to shape role scopes, candidate profiles, search strategies, and compensation discussions.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market insights to improve hiring decisions.
• Build talent maps and pipelines using multiple channels (direct sourcing, referrals, advisors, researchers, search firms).
• Create concise search documentation, including briefing materials and pipeline reporting.
• Develop and refine executive recruiting practices and assessment frameworks for organization-wide adoption.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience while maintaining rigor in complex processes.
• Develop networks with senior leaders globally to fuel future candidate flow.
• Collaborate across a globally distributed organization while balancing urgency with thoughtful decision-making.
