Job summary

Chainlink Labs is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead complex, high-impact searches across our global organization. You will partner directly with executive leaders to identify, assess, engage, and hire senior talent, with a focus on Director+ roles across technical and business functions.

This is a hands-on role where you own searches end‑to‑end, combining research and sourcing with stakeholder management, candidate experience, and process improvement to elevate executive hiring

Qualifications

• Significant experience personally delivering complex, multi-source executive searches.
• Proven track record hiring Director, VP, and C-level talent across functions.
• Strong partnering with executive leaders as an advisor on role scopes and compensation.
• Excellent written communication and ability to distill searches into concise updates.
• Experience building and refining executive recruiting processes for scaling orgs.

Responsibilities

• Own global executive and senior leadership searches across technical and business functions.
• Partner with executive leaders to shape role scopes, candidate profiles, search strategies, and compensation discussions.
• Act as an influential talent advisor with market insights to improve hiring decisions.
• Build talent maps and pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, and external firms.
• Develop clear search documentation, briefing materials, and executive updates.
